Join us for FREE workout classes on the plaza! Participants must fill out a waiver. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian sign their waiver. Ages 15-17 can participate by themselves, but ages 10-14 must have a parent/guardian present.

About The Event

You can drop in without registering for classes, but to ensure that classes are not full, please register online here: YMCA Website

Workout Mat
Towel for under yoga mat

Workout Gloves(if you use workout gloves)
Tai Chi: Is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise consisting of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. Regular practice of Tai Chi may help with blood circulation, balance, coordination, strength, relaxation and mental health. All levels welcome
