About The Event
The show must go on! If we cannot celebrate in person, we will celebrate virtually! Right now, Blue Water Woman of the Year Awards is still scheduled to take place on Friday, January 29, 2021, but instead of an in-person event, it might be held virtually.
We will continue to update the community regarding our plans as the event date draws near.
The year 2021 marks our 10th Annual Blue Water Woman of the Year Awards and we look forward to celebrating the 2021 honorees, as well as looking back and celebrating the women we’ve honored over the past decade.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO NOMINATORS: We ask that all nominators commit to making sure there are 20 people in attendance at the awards reception (if it is held in-person) to help your nominee receive the recognition she deserves. What better way to feel special than to have your own fan club/cheering section sitting in the audience?
Additionally: We request that you check in with someone close to your nominee to make sure she will be available to attend the awards ceremony. This is a “must be present to win” situation.
